  4. Work as usual. Files you add appear on other devices after your drive syncs. Guest links need the host PC online.

Is my data in the cloud?

No. MyVDR stores files in a folder you choose on your PC or sync drive. We never host your documents.

Where is Room Tools?

In the desktop app sidebar — Room Tools (▦). Basic includes Missing Docs; Pro adds Export Index and Deal Rooms; Enterprise adds Guest Links and Entity Cleanup.

How do I get my license key?

After Lemon Squeezy checkout you receive the key by email within about a minute. Activate once in the app.

Can advisors access without installing?

Enterprise admins can create time-limited watermarked guest links while your PC is online — or add them as users in the app on any plan.

Can I use MyVDR on more than one computer?

Yes. Install on each device, activate with the same company license, and point every install to the same OneDrive/Dropbox/Google Drive/iCloud folder. See Multi-device above.

How do AI analysis credits work?

Buy a credit pack online. You receive a redeem code by email. In MyVDR open Financial Advisor → paste the code. Each narrative analysis uses 1 credit. Codes match your license buyer email.
